ABC Diet Day 4

I think it'll be nice to do some lolita thinspiration for a while. Though it'll mostly be brand models because I hate using other people's pictures and I don't want to ask permission so I just won't bother. So I fucked up today, I binged. Though I was able to stop myself before I completely ruined my chances of not failing the ABC diet. I've been up since really early in the morning. Wooooh. I try to not eat junk food because once I pick it up it's so hard for me to put it down. I watched my dad eat baked chips all morning and I wanted them so badly. So I gave in, it started off with, "I'll just have a few. . " to "shit I ate 330 calories worth." Boo. I'm so disapointed in myself.

I ate:
3 servings of Baked Chips (fuck)
2 Cups of Coffee
2 Sugar Free Cherry Jello Cups
Total Calories: 400
Calorie Limit: 400

I did:
120 minutes (2 hours) Will Baseball
30 minutes Wii Bowling
120 minutes (2 hours) Wii Tennis
Calories Burned: 1445

I know, I know, I said I needed to find some thing other than the Wii but I'm just so addicted to it. It's easy and fun. I've been thinking about yoga but I'm not sure.

I currently weight:
193 lbs.

I lost a pound. (:
I just finished working out. Actually I feel kind of dumb. I went and weighed myself and it looked like I gained weight so I went back downstairs upset and my sister asked me what was wrong so I told her. She laughed and said it's from getting muscles and sttuff you should only weight yourself in the morning, makes sense.

  1. I saw your blog on the EGL, and decided that I would follow for some odd reason. At the time (which, not every long ago) I was happy with my weight or pushed it aside thinking "It’s just the holidays and I'll work it off once I move" (which is this Saturday). I, myself, am a Lolita too. I have a 40-42inch bust (depends on bra) and I think a 36 or 38inch waist (it’s been a while since the last time I checked). I would love lost a few pounds, and you inspired me. Can you tell me more about this diet??

  2. I'm so happy I was able to inspie you. I don't recommend this diet though it is very unhealthy. It's a near starvation diet. It's full name is the Ana Boot Camp diet. It uses random low calorie levels to trick your metabolism into not going into starvation mode. One day it may tell you to eat 300 then 800 the next day then fast the day after that. As I said in a comment in my previous journal entry I suck at explaining things I'm sure this site would do a better job.

  3. ABC is a crash, near-starvation diet for people with and eating disorder. I am doing the diet with her. :) I wouldn't reccomend it unless you already have an ED.

    By the way, Kel, maybe eating the slightly more fatty food will make your body think you quit starving and you'll loose some bonus weight! that'd be fabulous! good luck on tomorrow, 100 Calories!

  4. Oh no, I wouldn’t be able to do that. I'm hypoglycemic and I wouldn’t survive XD lol. I cant seven make it through a full day of fasting. Which in turns makes me feel bad since I'm moving in with my boyfriend and he is a LDS member and I will be too (Mormon). Thanks though and good luck! I'll keep watching and rooting for the both of you! :3
